However, because computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate. Handcrafted jewelry may also have slight variations in metal weight and stone carat.
3. Pricing and Availability The prices of precious metals and gems fluctuate. All prices on our site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time. In the event of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item and will issue a full refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery We insure all packages during transit until they are delivered to your specified address. Once the delivery is confirmed by the courier, the responsibility and risk of loss pass to you. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.
5. User Conduct You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property (including stealing product photography or designs), or to transmit any malicious code or viruses.

Authenticity and Certification We are committed to providing jewelry crafted from authentic materials, including 92.5 silver, BIS-hallmarked gold, and natural gemstones such as emeralds, rubies, and sapphires. Official certification is provided for our gemstones to verify their natural origin. We stand by the integrity of our materials and assure customers that all material specifications provided at the time of purchase are strictly accurate.
9. Statutory Compliance and KYC In strict compliance with Indian financial regulations, any single purchase exceeding ₹2,00,000 (Two Lakh Rupees) requires the customer to submit a copy of a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) card. Orders meeting or exceeding this threshold will be placed on hold and will only be processed and dispatched upon successful verification of the required KYC documentation.
10. Intellectual Property and Bespoke Designs All website content, photography, branding, and jewelry designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Shree Jewel Palace. Furthermore, any custom or bespoke jewelry designs created through our commission services remain our sole intellectual property. We reserve the right to recreate, display, market, or sell any bespoke design originally commissioned by a client, unless a separate, written exclusivity agreement has been executed.
11. Force Majeure Shree Jewel Palace shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations—including order processing and delivery—if such failure or delay is caused by events entirely beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, government lockdowns, postal or transportation strikes, and severe weather disruptions.
