Shipping
All orders are dispatched from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, packed carefully and shipped fully insured. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Within India
- Free shipping on orders of ₹2,500 and above
- ₹79 flat on orders under ₹2,500
- Dispatch: within 3 to 5 business days of your order being confirmed
- Delivery: typically 3–7 business days depending on your location
- A signature is required on delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel.
The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay. There is nothing further to pay after you order.
Outside India
We currently ship within India only. We are working on a reliable international service and will announce it here when it is ready. If you are abroad and want a specific piece, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
Made-to-order pieces
Because most of our pieces are one of one and made by hand, an item occasionally needs a little longer to finish. If that applies to your order we will write to you personally rather than leave you waiting. Timelines for bespoke commissions are agreed with you during the consultation.
Returns
Please read this carefully before you order, because our policy is narrower than most online shops.
What we accept back
We accept a return or issue a refund only where the item you received is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered. Every piece here is handmade and most exist in a quantity of one, so we cannot take back items that are simply not to your taste.
The 48-hour window
You must tell us within 48 hours of delivery. After that we are unable to process a claim.
What is never returnable
- Custom, bespoke, engraved or resized pieces
- Items bought under a promotional discount
- Items showing signs of wear
How to report a problem
- Call +91 99943 65510 or +91 98940 34351, or email shreejewelpalace1983@gmail.com, within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photographs or video showing the damage or the defect. Photograph the parcel before unpacking further if it arrived damaged.
- Once we have verified it, we will confirm the return and tell you where to send the piece.
- Pack it securely with all original packaging, tags, invoice and the purity certificate, and ship it back within 7 days of our approval.
Refunds
Once the returned item reaches us and has been inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If a payment failed but money was deducted, refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after verification.
How to avoid needing this page at all
