Every piece is 92.5 sterling silver. Here is how you can check.
When you buy silver online from a shop you have not visited, you are being asked to take one thing entirely on faith: that the metal is what the seller says it is. We would rather you did not have to.
What 92.5 actually means
Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver, alloyed with 7.5% other metals — usually copper — because silver on its own is too soft to hold a setting or survive daily wear. It is the international standard for fine silver jewellery, and it is what every piece in this store is made from. You will see it written as 925, 92.5, or "sterling." They mean the same thing.
What ships with your order
- A purity certificate stating the silver content of your specific piece
- The exact weight in grams, matching the weight listed on the product page
- Original invoice, which you will need for any future exchange or valuation
Verify it yourself
You do not have to take our word for it. Any BIS-recognised hallmarking centre or established local jeweller can test the purity of your piece — most will do it in a few minutes for a small fee. We encourage it. A customer who has independently confirmed their silver is a customer who comes back.
Weight is listed on every product
Silver is sold by weight, and weight is where a dishonest seller hides. Every product page in this store lists the weight in grams before you buy. If a piece arrives and the weight does not match what was listed, tell us and we will make it right.
Ask us anything before you buy
For any piece, we are happy to show you the item on a video call before you order — the hallmark, the finish, the weight on the scale.
