1. Domestic Shipping (Within India) We are pleased to offer complimentary, fully insured standard shipping on all orders delivered anywhere within India. All packages are securely dispatched from our Coimbatore studio and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your high-value items reach you safely.

2. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties We proudly cater to a global clientele. Please carefully review our international shipping procedure:

  • Post-Purchase Invoicing: For all international orders, shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are notincluded in the item price at checkout.

  • Mandatory Compliance: Once your order is successfully placed, our team will calculate the exact shipping and customs tax applicable to your specific country and destination. You will receive a separate invoice for these charges.

  • Dispatch Contingency: Payment of this secondary shipping and customs invoice is mandatory. Your order will only be processed and dispatched after these international fees have been collected in full.

  • Refusal of Payment: Failure to comply and remit the required shipping and customs fees within the specified timeframe will result in the order being placed on hold or canceled. Please note that for custom or bespoke items, failure to pay international shipping fees does not entitle you to a refund of your initial purchase or deposit.

3. Order Processing Timelines

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Standard inventory items are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Bespoke and Custom Orders: Custom-designed pieces and personalized items require dedicated craftsmanship. Processing and manufacturing timelines will be communicated to you directly during the consultation phase, prior to dispatch.

4. Transit Security and Liability Every piece of jewelry is meticulously packaged and fully insured by us while in transit. Our liability and the transit insurance end the moment the courier logs the package as successfully delivered and signed for at your designated address. We strongly advise ensuring that you or a trusted representative is available to receive the package.

5. Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. We cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries or lost packages arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Route changes or address modifications cannot be accommodated once a package has been dispatched.
